In Loving Memory Of Our Rainbow Bridge Kitties
Every single kitty we rescue is special to us. Sometimes they leave us due to old age, but unfortunately sometimes they leave us too soon.
Regardless of the amount of time we spend with them, every loss is a big one.
Here we honor every special kitty that we were blessed to meet but is no longer with us.
We love you, and we will forever miss you...
Shade Sept 4 2015- may 27 2016
Shade was the driving force for the name of the rescue. He was found as a baby in a parking lot injured. For many months we tried to heal his body but unfortunately he succumbed to the injuries and passed away. Our rescue was named for Shade to carry on our mission.
Niko April 2 2021- may 10 2021
Niko was found in a heater vent, starving and severly injured with massive infections. We fought to save her and even had emergency surgery done to save her when she started going septic, after 10 days from her emergency surgery she passed away from full renal failure.
Zelda April 26 2022- June 2 2022
Zelda was one of our bottle babies from this spring. After trapping the site we stumbled on four tiny babies that needed to be bottle fed. Zelda passed away shortly after she was 6 weeks old due to fading kitten syndrome
Romeo Nov 2016- Dec 31 2020
Romeo was our resident old man. He showed up in the sanctuary around thanksgiving of 2016.
He showed up a few weeks after the first spotting really sick. i grabbed him and brought him inside and got him better. He thrived living here and was very loved. He ended up with lymphoma in 2020 and was crossed over the bridge dec 31 2020
Milo Aug 30 2020, April 30 2022
Milo came to us needing a safe place to land, he was extremely sick when he was found and was nursed back to health. Milo was one of our favorites and had alot of silly quirks. He is definitely missed.
Stevie april 5 2022 May 20 2022
Stevie was in our program after we were tagged in a post on facebook for rescue placement.
Stevie needed lots of help, we got him an mri done and consulted with oncology. Unfortunately he had a very aggressive carcinoma and had to be crossed over. He was the sweetest boy.
