SCCS Shop Policies 

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased. 

2. Damaged Items Received 

If the item purchased arrives damaged we will replace the item as long as we have the same item in stock. If we no longer have the item in stock, we can send a different item of the same value (as listed on our shop).
Proof of damage is required.
If you do not wish to receive a different item, or we do not have an item to offer replacement, we can provide a receipt for the amount paid as a donation to the organization or issue a refund.

3. Stolen Packages 

SCCS is not responsible in any way for stolen packages. If the delivery company has confirmed delivery at the residence address provided by the costumer, the item is not eligible for replacement. 

4. Cancellations 

Made to order/personalized items. May be cancelled and refunded IF THE ITEM IS NOT YET CREATED (time varies, but typically about 2-3 days from order placement).
If the order has already been created, it will be shipped and cannot be refunded.
Generic items. May be cancelled within 24hrs or placing order.  If order is cancelled after 24hrs, a refund MAY be issued only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once the order is shipping it is no longer elegible for a refund.  

5. Shipping

Made to order/personalized items will be shipped within 5 business days and shipped via USPS.
Generic items will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS.

SCCS is only responsible for getting items shipped out within the specified number of days above. SCCS is not able guarantee delivery for specific dates as that is up to the delivery company and out of the scope of our control.
